At DIGIZENS COLLABORATIVE PLATFORM, we bring together partners from the government, academia and tech industry to create innovative and scalable solutions to existing problems in Nigerian cities
Many think of digital cities as an end goal. In Nigeria, our cities are already digital. Rather than thinking of digital cities as something that you can see,
The Digizens Meet-up event is staged monthly to discover how innovations in technology ignite citizens’ action capable of enhancing the efficiency of cities or organizations.

Become a volunteer organiser
To encourage stakeholders to walk the talk by looking for volunteers to help us keep the monthly meetups running smoothly. This entails roles such as maintaining our online presence, securing or liaising with the venue, etc. We also need volunteers as Organizers for the Digizens Solutions Challenge and the Digizens Solutions Expo. If you’re interested in volunteering,
send us a message at frontoffice@digizens.ng or speak to any of the current organizers at a meetup.

If you’re interested in presenting at one of our events, in this case, the Digizens Monthly
Meetup or the Digizens Solutions Expo, get in touch with us at frontoffice@digizens.ng to set up a chat. We usually book speakers about one month in advance to speak at the Meetups and three months before to speak at the Digizens Solutions Expo. Topics typically cover policies and strategies that enable government organizations and private bodies to deliver low-cost innovation in public services, using IoT based technologies, platforms and tools,
including big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, mobile and cloud computing.
